Daddy & Company will gladly refund your money for a returned product if you are within 30 days of ordering and can provide us with original proof of purchase. All products that are returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or garment must be in their original, undamaged package, with all tags in place and in re-saleable / new condition.
You will need to contact us to arrange for an RA # (Return Authorization). We use this number to identify your package when we receive it at our warehouse. The best way to do this is to email us and include the original order number, name used to make the purchase, and a brief description of what you are requesting. We will email back with an RA# and instructions for exchange or return.
You can use any shipping method you would like to send items back to us; however, we recommend that you use a shipping provider that offers tracking capabilities, since we cannot take responsibility for return shipments that we do not receive.
The shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility except in the case of exchanges for defective items. However, there are no additional shipping fees for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Where do I send my Return/Exchange?
All returns/exchanges should be sent with the RA # on the exterior of the package to the address below. Inside the box please include the item you are returning; the original packing slip if possible, or a slip of paper with the RA#, your name, and your return/exchange request.

When will you send my exchange? When will I get credit for my return?
Please note that exchanges will not be sent out until we've received the item back from your original order, unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time. There are no additional shipping fees for sending the exchanged item back to you. Any credit due after an exchange will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
For returns, we will issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order, for the amount paid for the product. Shipping fees are not refundable. We process returns and exchanges 2-3 times per week, so depending on when we receive it, your return/exchange will be processed within a few business days. Additionally, most credit card companies take 2-3 business days to post a transaction, so it could take up to a week after receipt of your return before you see the refund on your credit card.
What if my Daddy & Company product is damaged or defective?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you feel that your product is defective, please contact us and we will take care of the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered.
